Shipping Policy

Delivery is available for the Las Vegas Metropolitan area including Henderson and North Las Vegas. Delivery is free with a $100 order. Shipping is available for Nevada. Delivery fee $10 Shipping Fee $17.42. Average wait time for receiving your delivery or shipment is 3 weeks.
  • Delivery will occur on a Thursday or Friday. A convenient time window will be provided to you through the email you give us.
  • Buyer does not have to be there to receive delivery, but they must provide a cooler with ice to keep the product cold. LVL will keep product at a safe temperature during delivery, but not after arrival and delivery.
  • The buyer is responsible for inspecting all products that you receive from LVL for damage or other issues. We recommend that you use a food thermometer to ensure that the products delivered are in a safe temperature zone of 40 degrees F.
  • Buyer must refrigerate or freeze the product immediately after receiving product and inspection.
  • If the buyer suspects the temperature is above safe levels, contact LVL at info@lvlfarm.com.
  • The products must be disposed of, if they are above safe temperatures of 40 degrees F.
  • If the product is above safe temperatures due to a delay in shipping from events that are out of our control, the buyer will not be refunded. These events include, but are not limited to weather, accidents, incorrect addresses.
  • Products are not for resale and are intended for personal use.

Refund Policy

  • Items sold are perishable, therefore we cannot accept returns.
  • If you are not completely satisfied with your product for good reason, please contact info@lvlfarm.com within one week of receiving your item. We are happy to review your order and offer a resolution which may include replacement, store credit, or a partial/full refund.
  • We guarantee delivery to the address provided when the order is placed.
  • If the address provided is incorrect or unreachable, we are not responsible for perished goods.
  • It is the buyers responsibility to correctly enter their address and review it for errors. It is also the buyers responsibly to provide any delivery instructions, such as a gate code, that may obstruct the deliverability of the product.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

We can cancel your order only if the item has not yet been shipped, picked up, or delivered. You must contact us as soon as possible to cancel your order. Items sold are perishable, therefore we cannot accept returns.
