I ship orders within 48 hrs of purchase. Special orders may take longer. You will get a notification once your order has been shipped. If local delivery, I will notify you once your order is ready, or please call if you need it right away.
Due to the nature of our products, I do not offer refunds on any of our items unless they are defective upon receipt.
