What locations do you ship to?
Currently we only ship to the United States of America. Including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands.
How much do you charge for shipping?
US Free Shipping Policy
Enjoy free shipping on any order of $75 or more shipped to an address within the 48 contiguous United States. Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands. Shipping charges will be calculated automatically at checkout for qualifying orders when customer selects shipping option.
How long does an order take to arrive once shipped? All orders are processed & shipped as soon as possible, depending on the fastest shipping method available to your location. We typically take 3-5 business days for handling & processing your order. The typical shipping time frame is anywhere from 3-5 business days. Depending on your location, you might receive items much earlier. Please allow extra time during our busy season as postal delays are out of our control. Additional factors such as distance, natural disasters may cause further postal delays. Tracking information, including the carriers, are provided with every order. If your package does not arrive you are eligible for a refund or replacement. Please reach out to info@neighborhoodsaints.com for additional assistance in this matter. Will I receive a tracking number for my package? Tracking numbers will be sent as soon as we are able to ship your order. Sometimes additional delays may arise that are beyond our control such as postal delays. Thank you for your patience and understanding. What do I do if my order is lost in the mail? If your order happens to get lost in transit, or returned to us for any reason, we have your back! The postal service is out of our control once your package leaves our warehouse. However, in cases like this we will send you a new package with priority shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations. Extended Delays In some instances, the delivery time may take longer than our policy states. At Neighborhood Saints, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item(s), we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will then provide you with instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package.
Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and we recommend using a trackable shipping service. We do not accept returns for final sale items.
Refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned item(s). You will be notified by email when the refund has been processed. You’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchanges:

Damaged and Defective Items:

In the event that we determine that the item is indeed damaged or defective, we will provide a full refund or exchange the item at no additional cost to you.
