Adult Small:                      fits head circumferences 18.8 – 19.6 inches

Adult Medium:                 fits head circumferences 19.6 – 21.2 inches

Adult Large:                      fits head circumferences 21.2 – 22.0- inches

Adult Extra Large:           fits head circumferences 22.0 – 23.6 inches

To determine size, measure your head circumference. To do that, use a flexible tape measure that displays inches. Place one end on your forehead, right above your eyebrows, and wrap it around your head until it meets the starting end. The number it shows is your head circumference in inches.
