Lavender Tallow Soap

Description

This is a tallow soap made with just 4 ingredients:

-tallow, rendered by me, from our own goats or cows (grass fed & antibiotic free)
-distilled water
-lye
-lavender essential oil (from Plant Therapy)

This soap has a great lather & is very moisturizing!

Great lather, cleansing, & moisturizing! Also great for cleaning makeup brushes with!

Tallow fat is similar human fat cell membranes – so is very compatible with our skin. Tallow is also abundant in vitamins A, D, K, & E, making it great for skin health.

This is a great choice if you prefer simple & healthy products!

Average weight soap from this batch was approx 5 oz (hand cut, so they vary slightly).

This large bar can also last you a long time – my estimate is at least one month for one person.
