Shipping to the U.S. only. The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.
Unless stated otherwise, shipping is via USPS economy (3-9 business days).
Refund Policy

All sales are final, but please contact us immediately if you find an error in your order. There may be additional charges for corrections if the product is already in production. A refund may be issued if the production has not been started, or shipped, and we are notified immediately (usually within 6 hours of order).

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Cancellations
We don't accept cancellations on custom or personalized orders, once production has started (usually same day). But please contact us if you have any problems or there is a mistake in your order. There may be additional charges for corrections, if the production was started but not shipped.
