Description

Depending upon your needs, we can capture your corporate event using one of these session options:

  • Mini: One and a half hours of on-location photography $350
  • Half-day: Up to four hours of on-location photography $800
  • Full-day: Up to eight hours of on-location photography $1,500

If you have an ongoing series of events, a subscription may be the right choice for you. Subscriptions lock in the best pricing and priority scheduling. Subscriptions are offered as follows:

  • Monthly: Up to 16 hours of photography within a 30 day period. Includes a 10% discount on additional services. $2,800
  • Quarterly: Up to 48 hours of photography to be used within a 90 day pardon. Additional services can be added at a 20% discount. $8,000
  • Annual: If you need regular support but are not ready to staff a marketing department, this could be the perfect solution. Contact for pricing.

Shipping Policy

The majority of our products and services are delivered digitally directly to our clients. If physical prints of images or branded merchandise is ordered, shipping will be arranged with the vendor that is providing that service.

Refund Policy

Due to the intricate nature of custom product and commercial photography, digital files cannot be returned, and therefore all money paid is non-refundable.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

In the event of a cancelled or postponed session, Photographer requires notification via email or in writing from the Client as soon as possible.  With cancellation, Client shall pay all expenses incurred by the Photographer up to the time of cancellation, plus a fee equal to 50% of all fees and expenses quoted above. If a shoot is cancelled within 48 hours of departure for the shoot, Client shall pay 100% of the estimated total fees and expenses and 100% of the anticipated fees of any subcontractors or equipment booked for the session. With postponement, the non-refundable retainer fee can be transferred to another day and time upon the rescheduling of a session, so long as the rescheduled session takes place within three (3) months of the original session date. Seasonal availability often affects pricing. It is up to Photographer’s sole discretion if the same fee schedule will apply for the rescheduled event date. If Photographer is not available for the new date, Client shall pay all expenses incurred by the Photographer up to the time of postponement.
