Three Meat Pasta Sauce

This is our traditional mild yet full-bodied sauce originally called Papa Sal’s Sauce. Italian Hearts Three Meat Sauce is a nod to Papa Sal’s Grandfather’s recipe. We slow cook this sauce in small handcrafted batches using just the right hand selected ingredients. The 3 meats that cook in this sauce are sweet Italian pork sausage, (from Local Flocchini Sausage), pork ribs, and prime chuck roast. Seasoned with our unique blend of organic spices and a dash of red wine, it’s a savory sauce you can toss with your favorite pasta, over fish, meat, pork, or poultry. Meats we use are grass fed, grass finished no hormones , nitrates , or antibiotics used.  Meat are removed from sauce before jarring our sauce, except for 3 percent can stay per USDA Regulations.
