At Creativefy, we are committed to delivering high-quality design, print, and marketing solutions with exceptional customer service. All orders are carefully reviewed, and proofs are provided (where applicable) for approval prior to production. Once approved, changes cannot be made. We strive to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction with every project.
At Creativefy, we take pride in the quality of our work and the satisfaction of our clients. Because most of our services involve custom design, printing, and marketing materials, all sales are final once a project has been approved for production.
Design Services: Deposits and payments for design work are non-refundable once the project has started.
Print Orders: Refunds or reprints are only offered in the case of printing errors caused by Creativefy (e.g., incorrect colors, sizing, or cuts that differ from the approved proof). Errors in customer-provided files (spelling, low-resolution images, incorrect sizes, etc.) are the responsibility of the client.
Web & Marketing Services: Due to the custom nature of these services, payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
If you receive an order that is defective or damaged, please notify us within 7 business days with photos of the issue. We will review the situation and, if applicable, provide a replacement or credit toward future services.

At Creativefy, we provide custom design, print, and marketing services tailored to each client’s needs. Because of the personalized nature of our work, we have the following policies in place:
Cancellations:
Orders may be canceled before design work or production has started for a full refund.
Once a project has entered design or production, cancellations are no longer eligible for a refund.
Returns:
Since all products are custom-made, returns are not accepted.
Exchanges / Reprints:
If there is a production error or defect caused by Creativefy, we will gladly replace or reprint the item at no cost.
Issues must be reported within 7 business days of receiving your order, along with photos of the defect.
Exchanges are not available for errors in customer-provided files (e.g., typos, low-resolution images, or incorrect specifications).
We value your business and will always work with you to ensure you are satisfied with your final product.
