Ingredients: Bentonite clay, Epsom salt, roasted oats, coconut oil, and Neem oil
How to use: Place in hot running water ( to comfort level) at the beginning of running bath water. Dispose of at the end.
Can also be used as a poultice. Soak in hot water. Squeeze gently and apply to desired area. Rinse area when done.
