The customer must pay return shipping charges unless it was our shipping error. All returns are subject to a 20% processing fee. Return postage and insurance of the value of the item will be the responsibility of the customer. You are responsible for returning the print to us in its original condition, insured for its full value. However, art prints are very delicate, therefore you need to take extreme measures to ensure the items are returned undamaged.
