This is an essential oil set that includes a roller blend called “Forget-Me-Not” for memory and focus. It is a wonderful blend for helping brain fog and mindfulness. I like to use this roller throughout the day, especially in the late afternoon. It has helped me so much with “what did I come in this room for” mind blanking.
The main essential oil in this blend is rosemary which has a long history of being used for forgetfulness and it’s said Greek scholars wore rosemary garlands to stimulate their minds. The rosemary is complemented with basil, grapefruit, and peppermint for a fresh and gentle scent. You can apply the roller to your pulse points and this works wonderfully with the gemstone bracelets I have available with lava or rosewood beads that will absorb the oils.
The inhaler has rosemary, basil, and peppermint for a refreshing aroma with the same benefits as stated above. It is about the size of a lip balm tube and will stay aromatic for a few months if the cap is kept on tightly and it is kept out of direct sunlight.
These are a nice size to carry with you in your purse, bag, or even your pocket.
