Shipping Policy

After placing your order, please allow 3–5 business days for processing before shipment. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details. Please note that Creative Corner Candles is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Refund Policy

At this time, we do not accept refunds. Each candle and wax melt is carefully hand-poured, and due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

  • Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at alex@creativecornercandles.com. After this timeframe, cancellations cannot be processed as your order will already be in production.

  • Returns: We do not accept returns.

  • Exchanges: We will gladly replace your item if it arrives incorrect or damaged. To request an exchange, please email alex@creativecornercandles.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item. Once approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and send your replacement at no additional cost.
