Shipping Policy
We ship all in stock orders within two business days. If I am unable to ship within the 2 business days, I will contact you. Custom orders may take 2 to 3 weeks to complete before shipping.
Refund Policy
We are unable to accept returns on custom orders. Purchases of in stock items can be returned within 30 days of delivery only if in original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. If item had free shipping for delivery of original purchase, those fees will be deducted from refund. If buyer paid shipping fees for the delivery of original purchase, those fees will not be refunded. If the item is not returned in it's original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
We allow cancellation of orders of in stock items that have not yet been shipped, picked up, or delivered. We are unable to cancel custom orders.
