Shipping Policy
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii using the various shipping methods. Hawaii and Alaska and other US Territory customers need to email or call us for quote. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment?s destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax.
Refund Policy
Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Remember that these items are personalized at your request so they would be non returnable.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
You have the right to cancel your order prior to us making it. Once it's made it can't be exchanged nor returned.
