Shipping Policy

Please allow 7-14 working days for custom and bulk orders. In stock items will ship within 2 business days. Shipping is USPS Priority Mail flat rate. Final cost will depend on weight and dimensions. Every effort will be made to utilize the most economical size. Wild Whimsies is not responsible for lost packages due to carrier fault or incorrect address provided by the purchaser.  

Refund Policy

Wild Whimsies will issue refund for the total of the item and return shipping upon receipt of a defective item9s) shipped at the purchaser's expense. A request for refund must be made within 14 days upon receiving the item.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Custom orders cannot be refunded or exchanged. For items received broken or damaged upon receipt, a claim must be filed through USPS. An exchange will be offered upon receipt of a defective product. Wild Whimsies will not pay for return shipping but will ship the replacement item for free.
