Refund Policy

Our return policy allows for a 14-day window for returns. As long as the product remains unopened and is in the same condition as when it was sent to you, we can provide you with a refund. However, we will have to subtract the shipping costs, as well as a 10% handling fee.
Please Note: In the event of possible shipping damage, take pictures of any damage to the outer box before removing the product. Take pictures of any damage to the contents and keep all packaging for inspection by the shipper.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Trash Can Buddy LLC warrants that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.
This warranty does not cover normal wear-and-tear, cosmetic scuffs, scratches, or damage caused by misuse, neglect, modification, or improper installation of the unit with both connecting bolts. You may return the product within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping charges).
· Returned products must include all original parts and packaging.
· Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
· Refunds will not be issued for devices that have been used, altered, misused, or intentionally damaged.
