Policy Details:
Every item sold on this site is designed, manufactured, and assembled by Veterans in Need. Please remember that when making a purchase.
30-Day Guaranty: Product purchases on the VET-MADE site are guaranteed for 30 days from the date of delivery. Keep your receipt for the 30-day period. You will need it to receive a purchase credit or refund.
The purchaser is responsible for returning the item(s) to VET-MADE. If requesting a purchase credit, the return delivery charge will be added to the credit amount. Contact support@vet-made.org before returning any item to receive a Return Approval Number and instructions.
Donation Errors: If the payment amount is incorrect or a duplicate payment was made by mistake, please contact us within 10 days of the payment date. We will review the request and determine the appropriate action. Any adjustments will be at the discretion of VET-MADE's management team.

VET-MADE: Exchange Policy

Policy Overview: VET-MADE is committed to providing high-quality products and excellent service. We understand that sometimes exchanges are necessary. Please review our policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities regarding exchanges.
Exchanges:
Eligibility: VET-MADE accepts exchanges within 30 days of purchase. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.
Process:
Contact Us: Before returning any items, please contact our customer service team at support@vet-made.org to initiate the exchange process.
Shipping Costs: If an item is damaged in shipment (proof of damage must be provided), VET-MADE will cover the cost of return shipping. For all other exchanges, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to VET-MADE.
Exchange Value: The exchange must be for an item or items of the same value or higher than the item being exchanged. Any price difference will need to be paid by the customer.
Return Shipment: VET-MADE will pay for the shipping costs to send the exchanged item or items back to the customer.
