Refund Policy on VET-MADE purchases. Effective Date: 07/08/2024 Policy Overview: All payments made to VET-MADE go to  Help R Heroes, a 501(c)(3) charity that assists Veterans in Need. We deeply appreciate your support and generosity.  Please review our refund policy carefully. Policy Details: Every item sold on this site is designed, manufactured, and assembled by Veterans in Need. Please remember that when making a purchase. 30-Day Guaranty: Product purchases on the VET-MADE site are guaranteed for 30 days from the date of delivery. Keep your receipt for the 30-day period. You will need it to receive a purchase credit or refund. The purchaser is responsible for returning the item(s) to VET-MADE. If requesting a purchase credit, the return delivery charge will be added to the credit amount. Contact support@vet-made.org before returning any item to receive a Return Approval Number and instructions. Donation Errors: If the payment amount is incorrect or a duplicate payment was made by mistake, please contact us within 10 days of the payment date. Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

VET-MADE: Exchange Policy Effective Date: 07/08/2024 Policy Overview: VET-MADE is committed to providing high-quality products and excellent service. We understand that sometimes exchanges are necessary. Please review our policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities regarding exchanges. Exchanges: Eligibility: VET-MADE accepts exchanges within 30 days of purchase. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all exchanges. Shipping Costs: If an item is damaged in shipment (proof of damage must be provided), VET-MADE will cover the cost of return shipping.
