High Desert Botanicals

High Desert Botanicals is a small shop run by Janel Johnson and Reese Tietje of Carson City. We started making bitters kits in April 2013 so people can have fun making bitters without a huge investment in specialized herbs and spices. We’ve added a variety of kits for different cocktail mixers from dry vermouth to sweet falernum, all featuring whole, natural herbs and spices. We do not have a retail store but you can pick up orders by appointment from our workshop.
