Yarn typically has anomalies due to the dyeing process. This is not grounds for a refund. This is part of why we are called Perfectly Imperfect Creations LLC. These anomalies are what make the items unique. Also please keep in mind that all items are handmade (and hand stitched if it has a lining, beadwork, bells, etc.). Handmade items do not look the same as machine made items. A full refund will be issued if any of the following occur:

• Lost in shipping
• Item does not fit (this category would also qualify for an exchange of equal or lesser value.)
• Item was damaged/torn in shipping. (All items are photographed before being sent out). We would request a picture to be emailed of the damage upon arrival be emailed to us so that we can address it with the shipping facility.

Refunds will be issued once the original item is returned and received (unless lost in shipping). If item was lost in shipping a refund will be issued within 7-10 business days after original estimated delivery date. This is due to delays with the mail, especially during holiday season. Please allow 5 business days after original estimated arrival prior to submitting a refund request. From the 5th business day we will issue the refund along with confirmation of refund. The additional days from the 7-10 business days is to allow your bank/ credit card to accept the refund. If the refund should exceed this time period it might be from the bank or credit card side but please let us know so we can verify our side as well. Please keep in mind that Perfectly Imperfect Creations does not:

• Work for the shipping company. Anything from their side is out of our control once we ship an item. Please be mindful of delays in arrival due to holidays or natural disasters which may interfere in the shipping process. This is something that cannot be controlled from either side. Mother Nature is her own force and sometimes we have to work around her. We recommend if you are purchasing an item(s) as a gift and it falls around a holiday that you allow extra time for arrival.
• We do not dye our yarn, it is purchased from various manufacturers. If an item(s) is not perfectly dyed we have no control over that. We do our best to match the yarn used for all items to avoid lighter or darker tinting, however there are times the dye may take a darker or lighter tone in the same strand of yarn. Again we cannot control this as it how the yarn material accepted the dye on its own.
• We are not your bank or credit card company. How they choose to receive a refund and process it is on their end. We can only confirm when the refund was issued on our end.
