Description

Choose from one of three beef box options! These boxes are perfect for those with limited freezer space or for trying our delicious, ranch raised beef for the first time! Our “Steak Box” ($288) contains (2) Petite Filet Mignon, (2) Bone-in Rib Eye, (2) Top Sirloin, (2) New York Strip and 10lbs of Ground Beef. The “Grilling Box” ($266) contains (1) Tri-Tip, (1) Flank Steak, (2) Bone-in Rib Eye, (2) Skirt Steaks and 10lbs of Ground Beef and our “Smoker’s Box” ($255), contains (1) Tri-Tip, (2) Short Ribs, (1) Flank Steak and (2) Brisket.  Each box has the option of adding ground beef in 10lb units.

Shipping Policy

We do not ship our products. To ensure that you get the best quality meat, you will pick up your beef at the ranch in south Reno the same day we pick it up from our butcher. In some cases, delivery can be arranged for an additional cost.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds except in the case of spoiled meat. We bring our beef directly from the butcher to our ranch for same day pick-up and have never had to issue a refund. Customer service and quality meat is always a priority and we ensure that the beef you receive is fresh and top quality.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Cancelled orders will forfeit the upfront processing fee for beef. There is no penalty for cancellation of a hamburger order. We cannot accept returns but should a product not meet our high standards, we will certainly exchange it as long as we are notified within a reasonable timeframe.
