Shipping Policy
Once payment has been received, I will ship via USPS within 24 hours during business hours Monday-Friday unless it falls on a holiday. Shipping costs will be covered by customer unless agreed upon prior to order completion. I can also ship via other shippers if requested.
Refund Policy
Refunds not accepted unless wrong merchandise was received. Please let me know and I will send a return label. Items lost or damaged by shipping company will receive store credit. I will do my best to make it right!
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
If item has not shipped, I am willing refund the purchase price minus any charges I have incurred. Exchanges before item has shipped, can be easily completed. Note: Sometimes item may not show up as shipped until accepted by USPS, if I still have the package in my possession I can complete refunds and exchanges otherwise please understand that I may not be able to.
