This is the product of the 2019 harvest of organically grown olives on the family owned vineyard in Napa Valley. The olives are harvested in the Fall, then cold pressed and sent to Reno to be decanted, filtered and bottled here in the early Spring (2020). This full bodied Olive Oil is pure, estate grown, not diluted with other oils like so many on the market. The flavors naturally mellow over the next two years. The oil is best kept in a cool, dark place, although there is no harm if the oil gets cold (you will see cloudiness) or too warm (this can cause a breakdown in the oil leaving a rancid taste).
