Shipping Policy

All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. Orders are processed Mon-Fri.  You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped.  The shipper ( USPS ) is responsible for lost or damaged product during shipping. Refund Policy

Inspect your item(s) carefully as soon as you receive it, you have (1) business day to request a refund.  Refunds will be issued after the item(s) is returned in good unopened condition. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs of returned item(s)  Shelly's Lavender Farm is not liable if items are damaged during shipping. Sorry, all sales are final for special, custom, or large orders.  No exceptions.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

If you place an order -- and change your mind -- please cancel your order within 48 hours. Due to the nature of the farm products, returns and exchanges are not accepted. Please contact me with any concerns. Cancellation of an order that has shipped will be disputed.
