Mulled wine may conjure up images of Victorian carollers but its origin dates all the way back to Roman times when wine was flavored with a variety of spices and sweetened with dates. Our recipe is a bit more modern and we recommend sweetening with honey. Our spice blend is packaged in tea bags for simple preparation of this holiday treat.

Shipping Policy

Many of our kits are made to order so it may take up to three days to make a regular kit and up to two weeks for a custom kit or Experimenter kit with a hardwood tray. We will notify you if there is an extended production time on your items. We will ship your order as soon as it's ready and send you tracking information. For local pickups, you must make an appointment by emailing sales@highdesertbotanicals.com. We are only at our warehouse when we need to pack orders and do not have a set schedule.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

We allow returns of most items for a full refund (not including shipping) except custom orders and opened food items. If you wish to return an order, please email us at sales@highdesertbotanicals.com. If you receive an item that is damaged, please send a photo of the damaged item and package so we can file an insurance claim and send out a replacement. If you receive an order that is incorrect or missing items, please contact us for a replacement. Orders containing non-customized items may be cancelled at any time prior to shipment. Orders containing customized items may not be cancelled once production of the item has started.
