Return conditions If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept your return for a refund within 10 days of delivery. All items must be in original condition for us to process your return. We define original condition as new, unused, unworn, and in undamaged original packaging. We reserve the right to deny the refund of your product(s) if items are not returned in original condition. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed less 20% restocking fees. In case of return or multiple exchanges we reserve the right to charge the original shipping cost with priority mail rates also in case of free shipping. Custom orders are ineligible to be returned. Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
