The Radish Hotel is a family-owned and operated small business, dreamt up by husband-and-wife team, Carlos & Crystal León. It began as an urban farm, birthed out of an extreme desire to feed and nourish our family well. Farming led us to beekeeping and an overflow of honey led us to create this tasty granola.
