Delivery 

NBDC does not have a delivery department therefore we do not offer in-house delivery service, but for the convenience of our customers we can suggest a 3rd party delivery service that the customer can use to deliver their mattress and or furniture. Customer assumes full responsibility with settling directly with 3rd party delivery company any damages caused to their personal property. When customer signs for their products they agree that all items were received in excellent condition free of any cosmetic damages. When Customers are picking up their products, they assume full responsibility for securing their own load properly and are fully aware that NBDC assumes no responsibility for any damages that an unsafe load has caused.  $75-$200 charge for full-service delivery, available for most areas based on zip code.  $75-$200 charge for no-contact delivery, available for most areas based on zip code. If you have any questions regarding your delivery, please contact us at (702) 823-1122  You will be contacted prior to delivery and given a 2-hour window. You may check your time frame here on the day of your delivery.  It is very important that you confirm with our office associate or sales consultant that your name, address, and the best phone number to reach you is accurate.  Please have your entrance, pathway and room ready for delivery. Breakables and furniture should be moved from the room/pathway before arrival. We cannot move any furniture or electronics that you own. Refund Policy

Furniture/Special Order Products  All furniture-related products and special-order related products cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason whatsoever. “All Sales Final”. 

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Mattress-Furniture Warranty  NBDC is committed to offering only top-quality mattresses and furniture that are designed to last many trouble-free years. If for any reason the mattress or furniture piece you purchased does not hold up to our warranty specifications, then we honor the warranty claim process.    NBDC Manufacturer Warranty Terms:  Manufacturer warranty only covers the internal components of your new mattress and furniture piece.  Manufacturers do not cover body impressions of 2 Inches or less, note: body Impressions under 2 Inches are perfectly normal and will not affect the performance of your mattress or sofa furniture.  Mattress and sofa furniture piece must be undamaged, unsoiled, and free of stains or infestations. All law tags must be attached.  If NBDC manufacture approves a mattress repair or replacement, the customer will be responsible for any pick-up fees charged by our 3rd party delivery team.  If you choose an upgraded model for your replacement, any increased price difference will be the customer’s responsibility.
