Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 days, all sales are final.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance unless the refund is due to our shipping error. All refunds are subject to a 20% processing fee.

To qualify for a refund, returned items must be in their original condition, carefully packaged to prevent damage, and insured for their full value. Because photographic prints and artwork are delicate, please take special care when packaging your return.

If an item is damaged during return shipping and cannot be placed back into our inventory, we will refund 50% of the item’s purchase price. Alternatively, you may choose to have the damaged item returned to you at no additional charge or receive store credit for 50% of the item’s purchase price. Order Cancellations We are happy to cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. If your order has already shipped, it can no longer be canceled. You must accept delivery, request return authorization, and return the item according to our Refund and Return Policy. Returned merchandise must be received in new, unused, and undamaged condition. After the item has been inspected and approved for return to our inventory, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping charges and any applicable processing fees. Returns and Exchanges Please contact us immediately if your order is incorrect or if there is any other discrepancy. Exchange requests must be made within seven days of receiving your order. Returned items will be inspected before an exchange or credit is approved. Once the item has been confirmed to be in new, unused, and undamaged condition, we will issue credit for the item’s purchase price or complete the approved exchange. All other returns are subject to the terms and time limits stated in our Refund and Return Policy, including its 30-day return period.
