Delicious, local, ranch-raised, single-source ground beef, frozen in approximate 1-lb tube packages. Our ground beef comes from one single beef, so we can tell you exactly where it came from—no mixing, no mystery. The grind is typically around 90/10, with slight natural variations.
All of our cattle are pasture-raised and grass-finished —never grain. They are pasture fed in the summer and fed grass hay and silage in the winter months. The result is clean, flavorful beef you can feel good about serving your family.
