Shipping Policy

General Information

We want all our fans to have the best gourmet popcorn experience, whether you are in the glittering lights of Las Vegas with us, the beautiful United States, in an international country, or all the way in Antarctica. Year-round, each batch of gourmet popcorn is made to order in our Las Vegas kitchen. We pack and ship your order via one of the carriers within hours of cooking it.

Most orders placed before 1PM PST will be shipped the same day. All of our popcorn flavors are made to order so be aware that there is a small chance your order will not ship out the same day you place it. But rest assured we are working tirelessly to get your delicious, fresh popcorn delivered to your door. Depending on our retail/wholesale sales volume, some orders may not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
  • Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number is usually active within 24 hours.

Damages

  • Pop-A-Licious is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our product being food, we cannot accept any returns. However, we would never want to disappoint our customers! If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your popcorn order, please contact us as soon as possible.  We will do whatever we can to remedy the situation.  Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped out.  You will receive an order confirmation and a shipping confirmation. If you wish to cancel an order for any reason, please contact us and we will do our absolutely best to fix the order.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Your order is guaranteed to arrive in perfect condition at the specified shipping address provided. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your popcorn upon arrival, please contact Customer Service within (30) day of receipt, with a detailed description and photograph(s) evidencing your dissatisfaction, for assistance with a replacement or exchange. We will either reship the item or replace it with another of equal or greater value. A replacement or exchange will be shipped within 5 days. Due to the perishable nature of our popcorn, all claims submitted without proper support will not be eligible for reshipment. Pop-A-Licious reserves the right to limit replacements. Refunds are not offered. Our guarantee extends only to correctly addressed orders. Unfortunately, and due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot guarantee the condition of the package if the carrier must reroute your order. Pop-A-Licious cannot be responsible for the condition of orders that are not able to be delivered on the first attempt (or that you may have updated or revised through any customization option with our carrier). We will ship your order to the shipping address(es) you provide. Please include a street address, and company name, suite or apartment number when applicable to ensure proper delivery. Pop-A-Licious is not responsible for failed deliveries when:
  • You provide an incorrect or outdated address;
  • Your recipient is out of town or not available, or
  • You do not provide a correct/new delivery address within 24 hours of the first delivery attempt. Shipments that are returned or require rerouting due to incorrect addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipments and/or relabeling for the carrier.
