If it is a regular order: Cancellation needs be done within 24 hours. Buyer needs to contact seller for request of exchange for an equal cost item; Within seven business days of delivery/pick up. If it is a special order: Cancellation needs to be done within 72 hours with half the sales price being refunded as materials are already purchased for your order. Exchange due to incorrect colors request needs to be done within three business days of delivery. Email needs to be sent with corrected color request, with the understanding it will take one week for production. New product will be sent after the original item is received back. If item is a local pick up and a special request order, exchange needs to be requested same day as pick up. If item is a local pick up and a regular item, exchange request needs to be done within seven days.   *Product has to be in the same condition as received.
