No returns or exchanges on special orders.  "Special order" means anything that has been specifically printed per your request...ie anything with a special saying, quote, name, symbol, date, or log, etc... Cancellations must be made prior to your getting your first notification of our process tracking email.  No cancellation will be honored after we have sent out our first process tracking email letting you know the progress of your order. Any order that is not a "special order" can be returned or exchanged within 21 days of the purchase date as long as items have been sent back to us and a tracking number has been provided to us via email, text, phone call, or message via social media.
