Venturacci Schuler Partners (VSP) is committed to providing delicious, local, ranch-raised beef to Northern Nevada families. We offer high-quality ground beef as well as quarter, half, and whole beef—raised responsibly and sold directly from our ranches to your table.

Our cattle are pasture-raised using rotational grazing and sustainable farming practices. They are never grain-fed and have continuous access to fresh, clean water, essential trace minerals, and during the winter months, baled hay and silage. This careful, single-source approach results in flavorful, nutrient-dense beef you can feel confident feeding your family.

VSP is proudly operated by local ranchers Beth & Mike Schuler and Mark & Cheryl Venturacci, with ranching operations in Reno, Fallon, and Carson Valley, Nevada.

Shipping Policy

We do not ship our products. To ensure that you get the best quality meat, you will pick up your beef at the ranch in south Reno the same day we pick it up from our butcher. In some cases, delivery can be arranged for an additional cost.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds except in the case of spoiled meat. We bring our beef directly from the butcher to our ranch for same day pick-up and have never had to issue a refund. Customer service and quality meat is always a priority and we ensure that the beef you receive is fresh and top quality.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Cancelled orders will forfeit the upfront processing fee for beef. There is no penalty for cancellation of a hamburger order. We cannot accept returns but should a product not meet our high standards, we will certainly exchange it as long as we are notified within a reasonable timeframe.
