We grind their roasted beans and mix that into our sugar free dark chocolate and shake Himalayan sea salt on top to intensify all the flavors. It is a perfect blend. The flavors are perfectly balanced so neither overtakes the other. First the aroma excites your taste buds and then they become satisfied with the amazing flavor.
