They are bittersweet chocolates, not bitter but definitely a deep, dark and rich tempered chocolate. Also fabulous with a glass of wine, after dinner drink or coffee. A wonderful flavor that certainly satisfies your desire for a deep, rich chocolate.
These are absolutely delicious and are VEGAN and LACTOSE FREE. (It is made on equipment that processes milk products.) Oh so good!
