Description

Elko County is known for Buckaroos, Cowboy Poetry, and Basque food, and there is nothing that says Cowboy and Basque cooking like a side of garlic. Our Garlic Beef Jerky has a perfect flavor of garlic with a slight sweet undertone that will pair well with, well, everything! This tender beef jerky is made with wonderful Brough Ranch beef.

Shipping Policy

Frozen items will ship on the Monday or Tuesday after your order is placed or as arranged between both parties. Jerky will ship in 1-3 business days. We will only ship Frozen items in the Continental USA  You will need to choose the larger shipping price for Frozen options for Jerky Only please choose the $12 flat rate.
  • Delivery/ Drop off will occur on a set day between a time window. This will be provided to you through the email or Cell number you provide us.
  • Buyer must refrigerate or freeze the product immediately after receiving product and inspection.
  • If the address provided is incorrect or unreachable, we are not responsible for perished goods.
  • If the product is above safe temperature (40°F) due to a delay in shipping from events that are out of our control, the buyer will not be refunded. These events include, but are not limited to weather, accidents, incorrect addresses.
  • It is the buyers responsibility to correctly enter their address and review it for errors.
  • Products are not for resale and are intended for personal use.
  • We recommend that you use a food thermometer to ensure that the products delivered are in a safe temperature zone below 40° F . If product is above 32° F we do not recommend re-freezing items.
Large orders will be deliver for a $100 fee and on a decided time and location in your area. Please contact us if you plan to place a Full, Half, or Quarter Beef or any Pork orders for more information. Thanks!

Refund Policy

  • Items sold are perishable, therefore we cannot accept returns.
  • If you are not completely satisfied with your product for good reason, please contact broughranches@gmail.com within one week of receiving your item. We are happy to review your order and offer a resolution which may include replacement, store credit, or a partial/full refund.
  • If the address provided is incorrect or unreachable, we are not responsible for perished goods.
  • It is the buyers responsibility to correctly enter their address and review it for errors. It is also the buyers responsibly to provide any delivery instructions, such as drop off location or shipping address.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Quarter, Half, and Full Beef & all Pork deposits are non refundable.  Other orders maybe canceled within 24 hours of order no exchanges or returns are accepted due to perishable items.
